Therapy for Children and Adolescents in North London
I co-run a thriving Psychology Practice called Spring Psychology, in which I provide therapy to children, young people and families, who are experiencing a range of challenges including post-traumatic symptoms, low mood and anxiety, low self-esteem, school-based anxiety, and relational difficulties. I also work with children and young people diagnosed with ASC, ADHD and other neuro-developmental conditions.

My therapeutic approach is informed by a number of therapy models including cognitive-behavioural, systemic, narrative and solution-focussed therapies. I also draw on creative modalities of arts, drama and play. The extent to which I use these models depends largely on the child and their family and on what makes sense for them and their therapeutic goals. I am also trained in Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) for complex trauma and have a special interest in supporting children and carers following experiences of abuse, domestic violence, and other forms of trauma including bullying.
I have a specialist passion for bringing children together and providing a therapeutic group space to increase self-esteem, gain a better understanding of self, and overcome difficulties. I have over 15 years experience of running therapy groups and workshops, in schools and in CAMHS.
I am very passionate about working in partnership with children and their families and I welcome you to contact me or visit Spring Psychology to find out more about how I work and to arrange an initial consultation.
