By using Young and Mighty in any way (including the purchasing of products), you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. When using particular Young and Mighty resources and services, you also agree to follow any applicable posted guidelines, which may change from time to time.
If you disagree with any term or condition, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications of these, or if you become dissatisfied with Young and Mighty in any way, please discontinue use immediately.

You may not use our name, logos or trademarks, on any other website, without our consent.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

3. Commercial Terms

When purchasing any item(s) through Young and Mighty, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item(s) listing before purchasing it.
The description of products is as set out on the website or on any other form of advertisement. There may be small discrepancies in the products supplied.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products at any time. We also reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur and we will not be liable to supply items at an incorrect price.
Payment for products must be made at the point of order.
A contract will be formed for the item(s) ordered, only upon the point at which we have sent an email to you saying that the order has been accepted.
The contract cannot be varied at any time after it has been confirmed unless we agree the change in writing. This includes cancellation of an order.
Up until the point at which we dispatch your item(s), we reserve the right to decline to supply the item(s).
All products are subject to availability. If you have placed an order but we do not have the item(s) in stock, we will offer you the option to either receive an alternative item (if in stock) or to receive a refund.

4. Delivery policy

We currently ship to the UK only.
Items are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of order and delivered via Royal Mail First Class. We reserve the right, on rare occasions, to take up to 30 days to deliver your item(s).
We reserve the right to charge for postage and packaging.
Please examine the item(s) as soon as you have received them and let us know of any defect or problem. In the case of a faulty item, please inform us within 30 days and return it to us as soon as any fault is discovered, by following the returns procedure.
For faulty items, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, provided you have informed us within 30 days.

5. Returns policy

You can return your purchase within 2 weeks of receipt.
All items returned must be in an unopened and unused condition.
It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs.
We will provide a full refund (minus any postage and packaging costs you paid when making the purchase), once we have received the returned item(s). We will do this as soon as reasonably practical, but no later than 14 days from the date we received the returned unused item(s).

6.Personal information

Your privacy is critical to us. We retain and use information strictly under our Privacy Policy.

7. Content

Young and Mighty and the content provided within the website, products, and services, may contain links to other websites or organisations, which are completely independent of Young and Mighty.
Young and Mighty makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, authenticity, or effectiveness of the information contained in any such site. Following links to any other websites is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Where we have included reviews and testimonials on our website, these are genuine. They may be shortened for relevance or grammatically corrected.
Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences of those who have used our products or services. We do not claim that they are typical results or representative of everyone who will use our products or services.
We do not claim that our products can diagnose, cure or prevent any mental health condition. We recommend that all concerns about mental health or any other condition should be discussed with and assessed by a doctor.
