Exciting news! Launching soon - The Zen Den! 

The Zen Den is a weekly therapeutic group for children, a calm and welcoming sanctuary away from the challenges of school, technology and other life stressors. Filled with a variety of therapeutic activities including mindfulness, arts and play, The Zen Den aims to build elf-esteem, promote emotional literacy, and facilitate meaningful in-person connectedness.  The Zen Den sessions will take place in North London.
